We will attach the photos for you. Two (2) new, compliant passport photos (less than months old). The form to ask for is called ‘Application for an Australian Passport ’. For adults, the form is green. For children, the form is purple.

As well as two passport photographs , you’ll need your birth certificate and other original documents to establish your identity and citizenship. You’ll also need a guarantor. The PCform cannot be used to renew a passport that has expired for more than three (3) years.

If you received a PC, it is valid only until the date shown at the top of the form. The form is pre-completed with information from your previous passport application. Blank application forms can not be printed. All applications must be lodged in person by the applicant at the Australian Consulate-General in Hong Kong. Some offices also accept other payment cards.

Visa or MasterCard for payment. When you print the form, the photo box may be smaller than the size of your passport photos. Renew or apply for a passport.
